Order Processing

We’re not about that slow life. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 • 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping (EMS): Orders over $50 • 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas (because even rebels have limits).

International Shipping

For our global rebels: Your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are your responsibility – we don’t control them and can’t predict what they might be.

RETURNS: WHEN THE REBELLION NEEDS ADJUSTING

We get it – sometimes the fit isn’t right or the vibe is off. That’s why we offer 15 days from delivery date to return or exchange items that don’t spark joy (or at least some serious street cred).

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery (no exceptions – we’re strict like our designs)

NO RETURN ZONE

Some items can’t join the return rebellion:

  • Final sale items (marked as “LIMITED EDITION” or “LAST CHANCE”)
  • Accessories with broken hygiene seals (once broken, the rebellion can’t be undone)
  • Custom or personalized items (made just for your unique revolution)

HOW TO START YOUR RETURN REBELLION

Step 1: Email Our Crew

Step 2: Wait for Battle Plans

We’ll email return instructions within 24 hours (faster than our Tokyo-to-Tucson shipping), including:

  • Return shipping address
  • Return authorization number (write this on your package)
  • Special return label if you’re in the US (international rebels handle their own return shipping)

Step 3: Ship It Back

Pack items securely (original packaging preferred) and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are on you unless the item is defective/wrong (we’ll cover that like we cover streetwear trends).

Step 4: Revolution Complete

Once we receive and inspect your return (takes 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, JCB or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: New item ships within 2 business days with the same shipping method as your original order

International Rebels Note

For returns outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs (we keep it real like our designs)
